9. The price of the subscription will be the price quoted on the website at the date the enquiry is received and will exclude VAT.

PAYMENT

10. Payment will be charged to the account provided by you on the website form on either a monthly or 3-monthly basis, as specified at the time of subscription.
11. By subscribing to the service, you, the buyer, consent to payment being charged to your account as provided on the form.

12. We are not regulated by the Financial Services Authority therefore you must not under any circumstances offer anything on this website other than the sale of entire businesses, business franchises, business opportunities [or commercial mortgages].
13. Any information or advertisement you place is true and accurate.  Should Hotworks Internet Sales Limited suffer any losses or incur claims, costs, expenses or damages as a result of your use of this website you hereby agree to indemnify Hotworks Internet Sales Limited accordingly.
14. If you are not selling a business in your personal capacity you hereby warrant you have the full authority of the direct owner to advertise the same.

REFUNDS

15. Subscription can be cancelled and/or adverts removed from the website by contacting accounts@onebusinesssales.co.uk upon 3 months notice.
16. Refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Hotworks Internet Sales Limited, up to a maximum of 3 months subscription.

GENERAL

17. We may from time to time change, alter, adapt, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions but if we do so we will post any such changes on the website
18. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of this Agreement and the remainder of the provision in question will not be affected
